Faith Talks on Reparative Justice

Tune in to the rebroadcast of a popular Faith Talks episode (originally aired LIVE on Feb. 6, 2025).

Listen here (on Spreaker)

With Thursday, June 19 falling on the holiday of Juneteenth, Faith Talks will be replaying one of our well-loved episodes: Reparative Justice with Dr. Marcus Anthony Hunter.

Dr. Hunter is a Professor of Sociology and African American studies at the University of California at Los Angeles. Host Jennifer R. Farmer will interview him about his most recent book, Radical Reparations: Healing the Soul of a Nation.

We’ll discuss the book and the expansive nature of reparations. When many people think of reparations, they think in economic terms. Dr. Hunter believes there are many forms of reparations, including, racial, spatial, social, and spiritual reparations.
