Voices from the Field: Interrupting the School-to-Prison Pipeline

National Mission Institutions Support Children, Youth, and Families

Join us on Tuesday, September 22, at 3 p.m. ET, 2 p.m. CT, 1 p.m. MT, noon PT virtually via Zoom.

Register here.

Join us on September 22, 2026, at 3 p.m. ET, as representatives of National Mission Institutions (NMIs) share the work of their ministries and how their programming supports the development of children and youth to interrupt the school-to-prison pipeline, providing preemptive, supportive, and developmental practices that successfully create a brighter future, while also engaging in advocacy efforts that reduce reactive and punitive measures from school policing and other law enforcement interactions.

NMI speakers will also speak to the historical and ongoing relationships with United Women in Faith that supports much of the impact they have in their communities.

An optional breakout session will follow the one-hour program.

The quarterly Voices From the Field events feature leaders sharing their work and life stories, daily challenges, hopes, and dreams. This conversation series highlights programs, projects, and organizations supported by United Women in Faith Mission Giving — making an impact in the lives of women, children, and youth down the block and around the world.
